These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of StreamerDash, including our website, Community Forge, and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Platform status
StreamerDash is an evolving platform. Features may change, be removed, or be introduced at any time. Some functionality may be experimental or limited during early access.
Community Forge
Community Forge showcases overlays, widgets, and assets created by StreamerDash or third-party creators. All content remains the intellectual property of its respective owner unless otherwise stated.
At this stage, Community Forge is browse-only. Licensing, purchasing, and usage rights will be clearly presented before any transactions are enabled.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform.
- Do not upload or distribute malicious or harmful code or content.
Accounts & access
Account features and OAuth-based login may be introduced in the future. When available, additional terms and privacy disclosures may apply.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamerDash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
